- Guest Limit: Maximum capacity includes adults, children, and infants.
- Arrival Time: Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure; late arrivals may reduce trip duration or result in cancellation without refund.
- Food & Beverages: Complimentary soft drinks, coffee, and tea are provided. Additional catering must be pre-arranged.
- Sound System: Guests may use the sound system; keep volume respectful.
- Safety: Follow crew instructions at all times; misconduct may result in trip termination without refund.
- Cancellations: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy.
- Liability: Management is not responsible for personal loss, damage, or injury during the trip.
- Weather: Trips may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather; full refunds or new dates will be offered.

- 48 to 72 Hours Before Booking Date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less Than 48 Hours Before Booking Date: No refund.
