A birthday on a private yacht is one of the most memorable ways to celebrate in Dubai. It is private, relaxed and full of great photos – and it is easier to organise than most people think. Here is our step-by-step guide.
1. Choose the right package
Our birthday yacht packages have a fixed time and one clear price for the whole boat:
| Package | Guests | Duration | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 36 ft yacht | Up to 10 | 2 hours | AED 1,195 |
| 44 ft yacht | Up to 12 | 2 hours | AED 1,395 |
| 66 ft yacht | Up to 21 | 2 hours | AED 1,895 |
Count your guests first, then pick the package. If your group is close to the limit, choose the next size up – everyone will be more comfortable.
2. Pick the best time
The sunset slot is the favourite for birthdays: golden light for photos, then the city lights coming on. Afternoon trips are great for swimming and a sunny vibe, while evening trips feel more like a party. Weekends book up first, so reserve early.
3. Plan the cake and decoration
Message us on WhatsApp a few days before and ask about cake, balloons and decoration. We will share the options available for your date, so everything is ready when you arrive.
4. Make a playlist
The yachts have a sound system, so bring your own playlist. A good tip: prepare a special song for the moment you bring out the cake.
5. Tell your guests what to bring
- An original passport or Emirates ID – every guest needs one to board.
- Sunglasses, sunscreen and a light jacket for evening trips.
- Comfortable shoes – no high heels on deck.
6. Arrive a little early
Ask everyone to arrive 15 minutes before the start time. The trip starts on time, so late guests mean less time on the water.
Where does the trip go?
Birthday trips usually cruise around Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters Island and the Palm Jumeirah. The captain decides the exact route on the day, depending on the sea.
Bigger group?
For more than 21 guests, have a look at our larger private yachts in Dubai, or send us your guest number on WhatsApp and we will suggest the best option.
